When will the request reach me?
Depending on the shipping company chosen and the responsible in charge of delivery , we provide a group of shipping responsible based in major cities, it usually takes 1 to 3 days for the order to be confirmed.
Is there a delivery outside the country?
At present, the shipping companies with which we work, deliver only in the country and in some cities specified in the delivery page.
You can apply for a delivery outside the country to the store team via WhatsApp by providing information on product weight and pricing for international freight forwarders who are not currently registered in the store.
If I have a product with a manufacturing defect?
You must read the return policy to know the conditions of return and exchange, in case of a defect on the product, it was agreed to return, the shipping value of the company is calculated, and the freight returned to the customer. As for the value of the product, it is not calculated for the customer according to the return policy.
I want to order large quantities. Is there a discount?
The store offers a delivery service for orders of large quantities and there is a discount ranging between 10-20% on certain products. You can contact us directly via the contact page and inquire about the quantities.
Are your car lifts brand new?
Yes, all our lifts are 100% brand new, shipped directly from the manufacturer or authorized distributor, and include a full manufacturer warranty.

Do lifts come with installation instructions?
Absolutely. Each lift includes a comprehensive user and installation manual. We also offer additional technical support if needed.
Can I install a lift at home?
Yes, many of our customers install lifts at residential locations. However, a certified installer is strongly recommended to ensure safety and warranty compliance.
Do your wheel balancers and tire changers come fully assembled?
Most equipment requires partial assembly. Instructions are included, and we can provide additional setup help if needed.
Do you sell accessories or parts?
Yes, we stock accessories and replacement parts for most machines we sell. Just reach out with your model number.
How do I know which equipment is right for my shop?

Do your tools come with a warranty?

How are car lifts shipped?
For residential orders, lifts are shipped via flatbed truck with a crane for safe curbside unloading.
